At Chartway, we value community because the people we serve and the places they live are connected, and they thrive together. We were honored to host students from the Kempsville Entrepreneurship and Business Academy for their job shadowing day this semester. Students visited our headquarters and had the opportunity to shadow departments they are interested in to explore various career paths firsthand, helping them to gain interest about their own interests and career goals. We also wrapped the day with a lunch-and-learn with some of our chief officers, giving students a chance to ask questions and hear advice from our leaders!
