I took a Carnival Magic cruise out of Norfolk and the electric scooter was a li saver. It had a long charge, it was easy to drive and it was comfortable.
The people at Mobility City were wonderful. They were friendly and patient and answered all of my silly questions.
They were also more reasonable than Scoot Around and very reliable

Don S.Houston, TX661Jun 20, 2023We rented a portable mobility scooter from Mobility City this past weekend, and it was a life saver for our family vacation. Ann was so helpful and friendly. Noting my concerns, she called me back after finding videos on how to assemble and disassemble the scooter. The scooter was delivered to our hotel and also picked up after we left. Couldn't ask for anything more. We'll definitely use Mobility City again in the future!

Michael V.Virginia Beach, VA71042Jan 16, 2023The staff was very helpful, I wanted to rent a scooter for one day so I could allow my wife to enjoy her birthday, I have A LOT of health problems that slow me down and I wanted to give her a good time. The rental place was closed the next day so they let me keep it for one extra day at no extra cost. Their prices for rentals are really good.

We were looking for a mobility scooter that could easily be taken apart and put back together for easy transport that would not require me to have any assistance. The folks at Mobility City were AMAZING! There was absolutely no effort to "upsell"; Michelle was helpful, informative and encouraging. She worked with me and my husband to make sure we were comfortable with the scooter; understood how it worked and made sure we both knew how to put it together and take it apart before we left the showroom. Having an on-site showroom is a MAJOR advantage. This is a purchase that requires a hands on experience to be sure you will have the product and performance that you need. Mobility City met all of our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. I am delighted with my new found freedom.
